This deadline will be automatically extended until Monday, May 29 @ 5:00 pm(JST) if you have registered by May 8, 2023. Please note that if you have neither submitted your paper nor registered by May 8, 2023, your paper will be removed from the technical program.
*The 2023 ISTS will be held in a hybrid format. The symposium will be held directly at Kurume City Plaza, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture from June 3rd to June 9th, 2023, and will be held online via the platform.

Call for Post-deadline Abstract Submission → Has Ended Thank you for many Abstract.
・The post-deadline Abstract Submission is a system for accepting presentations on topics even after the regular deadline for abstract submission. For example, please use it to present newly obtained results after the regular deadline.
・When applying, please specify the above reasons and send the abstract to the ISTS Secretariat (email@example.com). The deadline for Post-deadline Abstract Submission is the April 30th,2023. The ISTS Program Committee will review the content of your application and determine if it can be accepted.
・As a general rule, post-deadline presentations are poster presentations. However, if there is room in the program, oral presentations may be possible. When applying, please let us know the presentation format you prefer.
