Notice to All Poster Session Participants:
We sincerely apologize for the delay in releasing the detailed program for the poster session. It is expected to be released in a couple of days.
Due to a system trouble, the page for uploading the presentation material of the shotgun session has not been available yet. We are currently preparing to launch it and will notify the session participants via email and on the official website when it is ready.

The original deadline for submitting presentation materials was July 4th, but it has now been extended to July 11th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please prepare a poster of A0 size or smaller. The Poster Session includes a Shotgun session, during that all presenters will be requested to give a brief presentation of their poster to the participants within about 30 seconds. Presenters are requested to arrive at the session venue by 16:30 to display their posters. The Shotgun session starts from 17:00. Presentation materials will be projected on a screen by the secretariat and so presenters are requested to submit their presentation material by July 4th 11th via the paper submission system. There is no required template for presentation materials, but only PDF file format of less than 5 MB is permitted.

After the Shotgun session, light meals and beverages are provided for the participants. The presenters will be requested to stay in the session venue during the Poster session for explanations and discussions.

Several excellent posters presented at the poster session will be awarded. It will be judged by vote of all participants at the poster session.The recipients of the awards will be recognized at the Closing Ceremony. Therefore, presenters of the poster session are encouraged to attend the ceremony.
