⁂ Fees for regular and student participants include Program Application (Web, iPad, Smartphone), which will include all the papers presented at the Symposium.
＊Participants who are not pre-registered will be unable to make a presentation in principle.
＊Please be aware that the regular and student participants will be allowed to present a paper at the Symposium.
＊Commendation & Closing Ceremony fee are not included in Registration Fee.
All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) or bank transfer. No other type of payment will be accepted. Bank transfer fees must be paid by participants.
Please cancel by yourself at the registration system.
A 100% refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation is received in writing until May 27th, 2023, 23:59 (JST). No refund will be made for cancellation after May 27th, 2023, 23:59 (JST).
Refund should be made in the same method as you paid. Please note that all refunds will be made after the symposium. Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
Confirmation and Receipt
Confirmation letter and Receipt can be printed out from the on-line registration page.
In case you select credit card payment, you can print them out right after you registered. If you select bank transfer, printing can be made the registration desk has confirmed the payment. Registration desk will inform you by e-mail when the printing is possible.
Confirmation and Receipt can be printed at your convenience. Receipt can be printed out only ONE time from the on-line registration page. Please contact the registration desk if you failed to print.
Please remember to take your confirmation screen to the venue to pick up your congress kit upon arrival.
