* Regular attendee / student fees include “program applications” including all papers presented at the symposium, such as websites, iPads, and smartphones. * As a general rule, participants who have not been pre-registered cannot make a presentation. * Please note that regular participants / students can present their dissertation at the symposium. Awards and closing ceremonies are included in the registration fee.

Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) or bank transfer. No other type of payment will be accepted. Bank transfer fees must be paid by participants.

Refund Policies

Cancellation must be made to the secretariat by e-mail at secretariat@ists.or.jp

If you give us at least Feb 19 notice of your need to cancel, we will repay 100% of your payment. However, if you do not cancel with at least Feb 19 notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

The refund method is the same as the one you paid. Please note that all the  refunds will be made after the symposium. Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.

Confirmation and Receipt

Confirmations and Receipts Confirmations and receipts can be printed from the  registration page. If you pay by credit card, you can print it immediately after registration. If you choose bank transfer, you can print after the registration desk confirms your payment. When printing is possible, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Confirmations and receipts can be printed at any time. Receipts can only be printed once from the onsite registration page. If printing fails, please contact the registration desk.
